Complete with conveyors, salting machines it forms a sunflower seed roasting line that is automated and easy to operate. Sunflower seed roasting in the oven occurs gradually. The seeds first enter the pre-roasting chamber. This chamber is designed to remove excess moisture (if the seeds are wet from the saline solution), after that seeds go to the first roasting chamber, then to the second. After roasting, the seeds rest in the ripening chamber, from there they go to the cooling chamber, where cold air is forcibly supplied to the seeds. This processing algorithm makes the seeds especially tasty.
