Hazelnut is an essential ingredient in the production of chocolate and confectionery products. Hazelnut is a favorite snack of millions. Hazelnut is consumed in different ways: roasted hazelnut, caramelized hazelnut, coated hazelnut, chopped hazelnut, blanched hazelnut and hazelnut paste. And each of this products has its own processing technology.
As the EKOROAST team, we manufacture continuous roasting ovens, caramelizing machines and blanchers. Hazelnuts roasted in belt type ovens are homogenous and have a perfect taste. Our roasters have up-and-down hot air circulation system which plays a key role in homogenous roasting of nuts. One of the advantages of our roasters is the presence of a cooling chamber in it. Nuts are cooled to the room temperature. The possibility of recipe customization allows to try different and save them to achieve the same quality roast every time.
