Technical information
- This continuous oven is designed to bake granola and muesli. Raw ingredient mixing unit can be made additionally.
- The main difference of our ovens is possibility to adjust each room with different temperature. This is how nuts get nice flavor, taste and color.
- Products never contact with gas or diesel burners.
- Our ovens can be made completely from stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi) or partly. In this case the parts that have a contact with the product are made from stainless steel, the rest with painted black steel.
- As fuel can be used Gas (compressed or natural gas) or Diesel. Besides electric oven might be ordered.
- Hot air goes up and down providing product an even roasting.
- The belt speed is adjustable, product thickness on belt is adjustable.
- Products are cooled to the room temperature by special cooling system in our ovens.
