Batch roasting machine is designed for sunflower seeds and nuts portion roasting. The construction of the oven lets the nuts roast while rotating clockwise and discharges while rotating anticlockwise. The roasting kit includes a cyclone and 2 discharge baskets.
The oven can be manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi) or partly stainless steel, where all product-contact surfaces are made of stainless steel and the remaining structure is made of durable painted black steel.
In this oven, the products never come into direct contact with gas or diesel burners, ensuring clean and safe roasting conditions. The system supports multiple fuel options, including compressed or natural gas, diesel, or even fully electric configurations upon request.
