This round batch fryer is manufactured in stainless steel body mounted on a stainless-steel chassis. It is designed for nuts, coated nuts, and sunflower seeds’ kernels frying. Suitable for medium and small factories. The machine has multiple openings for oil inlets and outlet on the other hand; the flow of oil is regulated by an oil circulation pump. The machine is equipped with automatic lifting basket.

If desired, the deep fryer can be equipped with a mechanical oil cleaning filter and an oil storage tank.

The system supports multiple fuel options, including compressed or natural gas, diesel, or even fully electric configurations upon request.
