Our Granola Production Line features a state-of-the-art continuous oven specially designed for baking granola and muesli to perfection. For a complete process solution, an additional raw ingredient mixing unit can be integrated into the system.
The key advantage of our ovens lies in the ability to individually control the temperature of each baking zone, ensuring optimal roasting conditions. This unique feature allows every batch of granola or nuts to achieve a rich flavor, appealing color, and superior taste, making it ideal for premium-quality production in the healthy snack industry.
In our Granola Production Line, the products never come into direct contact with gas or diesel burners, ensuring clean and safe baking conditions. Our continuous ovens can be manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi) or partly stainless steel, where all product-contact surfaces are made of stainless steel and the remaining structure is made of durable painted black steel.
The system supports multiple fuel options, including compressed or natural gas, diesel, or even fully electric configurations upon request. This flexibility allows producers to choose the most efficient and sustainable solution for their granola and muesli production line.
In our ovens, hot air circulates both upward and downward, ensuring even roasting of every product layer. The belt speed and product thickness on the belt can be easily adjusted to achieve the desired baking level and texture.
After roasting, products are gently cooled to room temperature through a special cooling system, maintaining their freshness, flavor, and crisp quality — essential for premium granola and muesli production.
