This machine is designed to separate nuts and sunflower seeds from defective products and unnecessary particles. The belt speed is adjustable.

The selection conveyor provides a stable, moving platform where products (such as hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, or sunflower seeds) are spread out in a thin layer. As the product moves, quality control personnel standing on either side of the belt inspect the nuts and pick out “out-of-spec” items.

Key Technical Features

• Material: Built entirely from AISI 304 (or 316) Stainless Steel. This is mandatory for food safety, as it is resistant to corrosion, easy to sanitize, and does not react with food oils.

• Food-Grade Belt: Usually equipped with a PVC or Polyurethane (PU) belt that is FDA-approved. These belts are often white or blue to provide high contrast against the nuts, making it easier to spot defects.

• Variable Speed Control: Most systems include a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), allowing the supervisor to adjust the belt speed based on the product quality or the number of staff working.

• Ergonomic Design: Designed with the correct height and width to prevent operator fatigue during long shifts.
