This Nuts Fryer is designed for industrial-scale fried nut production. The machine is suitable for all kinds of nuts, including coated peanuts, sunflower seeds’ kernels, pistachios and corn chips. For a complete process solution, an additional cooling machine, saucing machine and elevators can be integrated into the system, forming an automatic line. If desired, the fryer can be equipped with fine and mechanical oil cleaning filter.
In our Nut frying line, the products never come into direct contact with gas or diesel burners, ensuring clean and safe frying conditions. The fryer is manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi).
The system supports multiple fuel options, including compressed or natural gas, diesel, or even fully electric configurations upon request.
