Automatic salting machine EKO­1202 is designed for automatic salting of sunflower seeds and all kinds of nuts. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 CrNi and has its own control panel. On the PLC of the control panel, the parameters of the salting process (the product dose, the time of brine supply, the time of dry salt supply, the amount of dry salt, the amount of salt solution, the speed of rotation of the mixer) are set.

In the automatic machine two tanks for saline solution are provided: a tank for preparation of a brine and second one for working capacity (brine supply). According to the set parameters, the machine weighs automatically the dose of the product, brine and dry salt. Dry salt is fed with a feeder. In addition to salt, with the help of a screw feeder, you can add any flavoring to the product. This machine can be used both independently and in the line with roasting oven.
